This website is the photography portfolio and personal-enquiry shop of Goutham Ramesh. This notice explains how information is handled when you browse photographs and articles, contact me, or enquire about prints, workshops and photo tours.
Contact and purchase enquiries
The contact form asks for your name, email address, phone number, enquiry subject and message. These details help me respond, discuss your preferences and arrange a purchase or experience personally. When you arrive from a product page, the product name and any selected finish may be included in the message. Please avoid sending passwords, card details or other sensitive information.
Enquiries are delivered by email and a copy is stored in the website’s enquiry records. Form records may also include technical details such as the submission time, page address, IP address and browser information for administration and spam prevention.
The shop does not currently accept online checkout or payments. Sending an enquiry does not place an order or reserve a place. If we agree a purchase, delivery or booking details and any payment arrangements are discussed separately.
Website operation and security
The hosting and security services used to operate this website may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, requested pages and timestamps to deliver the site, diagnose problems and prevent abuse. Essential cookies or similar storage may support security and WordPress administration.
The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help distinguish genuine visitors from automated submissions. Cloudflare processes technical signals from the browser and device for this purpose. See the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Notice.
Google Analytics
The public website uses Google Analytics to understand visits and improve its content. It can use cookies and similar identifiers to measure information such as pages viewed, interactions, referral sources and browser or device characteristics. The local development copy does not run this Analytics tag.
Read how Google uses information from sites that use its services. You can manage cookies through your browser settings or use Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on where supported. Blocking cookies may affect some site functions. Please do not include personal or confidential information in site searches.
Social links, sharing and YouTube
Instagram, Facebook, X, WhatsApp and YouTube have their own privacy practices. Following a profile or video link, or using a sharing link, opens the relevant service and may pass the page URL and title to it. Copying a link does not publish it; you choose where to paste or share it. Your browser may offer additional sharing apps.
Video previews may load images from YouTube’s servers, which receive the technical information needed to deliver those images. The featured appearances currently open on YouTube. Any embedded player offered on this site connects to YouTube when you activate it.
Storage and service providers
Enquiry information is held in website records, email correspondence and backups. Hosting, email, security, backup and Analytics providers process information as part of delivering those services, and may process it outside your country. Information may also need to be disclosed to meet a legal obligation or protect the site against abuse.
Enquiry and transaction information is retained for responding to you, following up an agreed purchase, maintaining relevant records and resolving questions. There is no automatic expiry configured for enquiry records. You can request deletion of information that is no longer needed; some records may need to be retained for legal or transaction purposes, and backup copies may remain until those backups are replaced or removed.
